Dr. Robert E. Springs, Jr.: Founding CEO & President of Global Resource Services
Introduction by Ms. Karin Lee, Executive Director, National Committee on North Korea

Over the past eleven years, Robert Springs has been traveling and working in North Korea. His mission of humanitarian and development assistance in connection with governments, the UN and NGOs, seeks to develop diversified approaches to U.S.-North Korea relationships. He brings a fascinating perspective about the people and their lives in this insular land, whose nuclear weapons and missile capabilities are seen by many countries as a barrier to peace in the region.
